THE ROLE
With projects across a range of motorsports, we’re looking to appoint a number of engine engineers to support a series of evolving projects in rally, GT3 and rally raid. Providing engineering support on a variety of high-performance powertrains, our engine engineers develop skills across a variety of disciplines and competition vehicles.
The role and responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional technical support during both dyno and in-car testing.

Working as part of a team to help maintain and develop engine performance.

Identifying and solving technical issues.

Assisting with production of technical literature, bulletins, presentations and event reports.

Working on a variety of engine projects with the potential for national and international travel.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to a high standard, preferably degree level, and have a good understanding of IC engines and their sub-systems.
You should have a strong level of mechanical understanding, preferably with hands-on experience, and have excellent computer skills with an understanding of data logging and analysis software.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and be confident producing professional technical documents and quality reports.
Above all, you should share our determination to deliver the very best results across a variety of projects.
