THE ROLE
As our business evolves, we’re looking to appoint a number of engine builders to strengthen our busy engine department. Responsible for the build and maintenance of a variety of high-performance powertrains, our engine builders develop skills across a wide range of competition vehicles; and we currently have opportunities for both senior and junior appointments. There is also the potential for national and international travel, as well as career progression as the department expands.
The role responsibilities include:

Preparation, build, maintenance and rebuild of current performance engines.

Pre-production of key engine components.

Record and maintain all build data and keep records up to date.

Event support may be required remotely as well as on events in the UK and globally.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of engine mechanics.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have excellent communication skills, and the role would suit an individual with a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.
