Electronics Trackside Technician

Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity to join our Electronics group as Electronics Trackside Technician.

Electronics Trackside Technician – The Role
This is a travelling role which provides all on car electrical race and systems support at race and test events. Working within the Electronics trackside team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical build and fitment of the ECU, electrical bracketry, harnesses, sensors and additional logging requirements prior, during and post event.
Responsibilities will also include the stock and component lifing management of electrical parts, and playing an active role in fault investigations to maintain the highest level of data quality and reliability.

Electronics Trackside Technician – The Person
We are looking for an experienced technician with knowledge in racing car electrical and electronics systems. Knowledge of Raychem system 25 and experience in harness and sensor manufacture in a motorsport environment will be an advantage.
They will be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and delivering high quality support and solutions to crucial deadlines. They must work well in a team high pressured environment.
