Electronics Production Technician

We have a position within our team as an Electronics Production Technician. This position will be within our Engineering Office based in Enstone making a significant contribution to on track Electronics.

Electronics Production Technician – The Role

Working within a varied and time pressured environment, this role will be responsible for the manufacture, maintenance and testing of PCBs, harnesses, sensors and assemblies for on and off-car use that meet the extremely high standards and quality requirements of the team. You will also be responsible for the manufacturing and testing of on car sensors and wiring looms, test boxes and the design and drawing of electronical looms. You will look to diagnose electrical hardware returned from the circuit, ensuring a first class service is delivered to the team. This role requires extensive experience of military-spec wiring, sensor testing using power supplies and multimeters and assembly of surface mount printed circuit boards, as well as a good level of computer literacy so an individual with a high attention to detail is a must.

Electronics Production Technician – The Person

The successful candidate will have demonstrated initiative, a high level of skill in manufacture of precision electronic equipment, and the ability to work to the most exacting standards in a team environment. This position requires excellent communication skills with a flexible and can do attitude. Previous experience of motorsport is desirable but not essential.
