We have a new opportunity to be part of the Electronics team in the role of Electronics ERP Co-Ordinator/Controller 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in supporting the design engineers in converting BoM information into a structure to be passed into IFS ensuring BoMs accurately reflect the required components for manufacture
  • The successful candidate is likely to have a number of years’ experience in the management of data on IFS ensuring the correct categorisation of all new parts developed with the Electronics Department
  • You will be liaising with PDM controllers to raise new projects to generate production orders through ERP and updating MRP and will apply shop order routings to new Parts and Assemblies
  • The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to actively investigate and rectify realised production faults for released production orders.

 

The successful candidate must have the following attributes

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant industry with substantial ERP system exposure
  • Excellent system skills with a natural ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Knowledge of Bill of Material structures for planning and manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of the production industry with a broad knowledge of business processes
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal to all levels of the business
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to build good relationships and contribute in a team environment

 

The standard hours are 8.30-5.30
