Your Responsibilities
- Development of technically sophisticated diagnostic concepts for hybrid and electric drive applications; including but not limited to:
- Definition of monitoring requirements for light- and heavy-duty applications
- Development of monitoring strategies and functional algorithms
- Verification, validation and application of diagnostic systems
- Supervising and supporting the whole development process (V-cycle) within the diagnostic area; in close cooperation with all, internal as well as external stakeholders
- Initiative identification of problem areas and development of relevant solutions
- Technical support for worldwide acquisitions and development projects
Your Profile
- University degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical), electronics, mechatronics, or physics
- Good knowledge of diagnostics and automotive e-drive/hybrid powertrain system
- Profound knowledge of diagnostics functional development and control system application, incl. hands-on experience with relevant development tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Vector, ETAS)
- Highly motivated individual with passion to push technology beyond the limits
- High analytical and conceptual skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Good German and English skills
