IDIADA is operating one of the most modern electric motor test laboratories. The operations will be expanded to a total of 15 test benches within the next months. Therefore we need to increase our team and look for a dynamic electric engineer with a base understanding of electric motors and control theory who likes to learn setting up and operating the test benches.
Responsibilities
Setup of test facility:
- Supervising of contractors and technicians.
- Monitoring milestones.
- Identification of weak points and proposals for optimization.
- Trainings, installation and setup of software tools for instrumentation, bench control and damage predetection systems.
- Working level relations with client’s engineers.
- Collaboration in setup of test procedures.
- Documentation and reporting of results in English.
- Setup of test samples (electric motors).
- High voltage electric connections.
- Low voltage interfaces for control and measurements.
- Mounting and mechanical alignment topics.
- Sample and logistics management.
- Participation in internal and external technical discussions by email, phone and videoconferences.
- Continuous optimization of test procedures, tools and operation.
- Moderate travel activity for trainings.
