We are a small exciting E-Commerce company based in Sheffield selling Motorsport Merchandise.
Looking for the right candidate to confidently navigate website, Amazon, Ebay and various Courier software. Customer Service is at the forefront of this role to ensure orders are fulfilled and messages from all over the world are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
The ability to work independently is vital to the role. The role is for 32.5 hours per week. The suitable candidate must be flexible at the end of the working day to allow for couriers being late if necessary.
Previous E-Commerce skills would be advantageous, but we welcome applicants with the following skills as full training will be given. Basic computer skills required, along with good grammar and reasonably quick keyboard skills. Honesty, reliability and good humour are also required.
Provisional Start date 19th August 2019
Salary: £13,500.00 to £14,000.00 /year
Experience: E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
