POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the development and maintenance of content on IMS digital platforms. The Content Coordinator will manage the IMS website and mobile app, publishing updates, coordinating layout and design, and assisting in the development of promotional campaign initiatives. Additionally, the Content Coordinator will assist with the design and execution of direct email marketing campaigns.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to manage IMS digital platform content and implement updates.
• Coordinate layout and design of web experiences to support IMS event campaigns and optimize engagement and conversion.
• Audit IMS digital platforms to ensure all content is accurate, current and meets style and brand standards.
• Assist in tracking digital platform analytics and help prepare reports as needed.
• Publish photo galleries and video features on IMS digital platforms.
• Provide input on the development direct of IMS web properties to ensure they provide world class user experiences and meet current best practices, including responsive design.
• Coordinate design of email templates and provide content for email campaigns supporting sales, marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage the maintenance and development of the IMS mobile app and execute outward communications to fans through the app.
• Assist in the growth of the CRM database by creating and promoting portals for fan data input.
• Provide content to external partners for marketing promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Hire, train and manage seasonal intern.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college preferred.

Skills/Experience
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in web content development, preferably within the sports/entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of various CMS, CRM and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with SiteCore, Emarsys, Ceros and Google Analytics is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to create, crop, resize and perform adjustments on an image. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of responsive design.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.

Travel/Work Hours
• General office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Must be available to work event weekends and overtime
