Customer Service Representative

Always positive, you should:

  • Previous experience within telephone-based customer service
  • Showroom sales, with an interest and understanding in our Uber Kids brand
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, to listen, think and respond in order to solve a problem and provide a high level of customer service
  • Be resilient, have a keen attention to detail and be familiar with commonly used software.
  • HaveHaHave the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Be well organised and passionate about providing a great customer service
  • Have the ability to retain information
  • Proficient in Excel

Due to the extensive range of products over four separate brands, we run a multi skilled customer service team.

Required:

An active interest in our Uber Kids 0-10 years old range of products.

Would be beneficial to also have an interest in any of the following - cycling, motorsport, road tuning/modifying, or motorcycling.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of work: Three-week shift rota

Week one - Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30

Week two - Monday – Saturday 8:30 – 17:30

Week three - Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
