Customer Sales Relations

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and technical service for Bilstein products, within the automotive aftermarket
  • Will manage all customer relations in regards to fitment questions, installation issues and troubleshooting as well as general application recommendations
  • Assist with component parts sales for in-house and end user needs
  • Responsible for providing customer sales support to existing and potential new accounts
  • Assist customers with securing proper product information, availability and pricing data to maximize their sales capabilities and maintain positive relationships
  • Document inquiries using CRM software
  • Maintain customer related data including master data, order entry and administration within SAP system
  • Provide primary sales and technical service queue support via phone and e-mail 
  • Performs other duties as requested

Your Profile

  • 3 - 5 years of customer service/sales experience
  • Automotive industry knowledge is a must; with good technical understanding
  • Motorsports knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced team oriented environment; apply critical thinking principles and remain flexible
  • Attention to details and accuracy with strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written)
  • Be Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience preferred
