At M-Sport, we are dedicated to supporting motorsport manufacturing and customer programmes spread across a variety of National and International rally and race series on a vast range of stages and circuits in the most acclaimed motorsport championships. As a Customer Sales Assistant working in a fast-paced environment, you will be a part of our dedicated Sales Team who work closely together to support all aspects of our business.
Here at M-Sport Ltd, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Assistant role to assist within our busy Sales Office and to work alongside senior members of management, along with other various departments.
Duties will include:

Working closely with teams and technicians worldwide to provide parts and services.

Processing orders received, including arranging parts and liaising with Heads of Departments within M-Sport.

Producing time schedules with customers and working within these to match customers’ requirements.

Advising customers on products and parts to help them make the correct purchase.

Arranging rebuilds of components and scheduling of rebuild work with all M-Sport departments.

Working closely with our Import/Export Coordinator for shipping orders and producing documentations.

Maintain and monitor stock levels.
The ideal candidate should have:

Demonstrated a background in Parts and/or Sales.

Strong communication and team working skills.
-
Knowledge of commercial invoices/customer requirements.

Excellent telephone manners and be highly organised.

An excellent attention to detail.

Good negotiation skills.

Strong IT abilities with an understanding of computerised stock control systems.

Commitment to a high standard of customer service.
The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
