Marketing Data Analyst

Marketing Data Analyst– The Role
Based in the UK, this role will be working in partnership with both the business and marketing team to analyse digital marketing data. They will work with the Marketing sciences & Digital Performance Manager to identify marketing trends and optimize our marketing strategy.
Key tasks include:
• Creation of reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Design, deliver and analysis measurement & insights solutions: research, social listening, A/B testing ….
• Work with marketing team to understand business unit targets, align reporting solutions with the requirements of the team and communicate with senior business leaders
• Understand and promote the importance of good quality business KPIs as drivers for positive change

Marketing Data Analyst – The Person
The successful candidate must have the following skills/knowledge:
• Graduate calibre with 3-5 years experience
• Strong understanding of customer data, digital marketing practice, concepts and terminology
• Expert in digital tools – Google Analytics, Dashboard Apps and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team spirit
• French speaking

This role requires a high level of commitment and the ability to work individually and as part of the wider department, providing a pro-active and efficient service to the Team. Very good communication and organisation skills are essential along with a real passion for data and analytics.
