Customer Service Manager

Busy Family Entertainment Facility, Grand Prix NY Racing & Spins Bowl, located in Mount Kisco, New York, is looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manger.

The Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager with leading the team, driving financial results, providing legendary customer service, and recruiting and developing top customer service talent. Compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations is essential.

The Manager is expected to:

  • Greet customers, answer and field incoming phone calls, book races, sell bowling lanes, assist with arcade redemption, & create a friendly first impression.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan
  • Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building
  • Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management
  • Act as a role model for other Team Members by adhering to all state and Federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that is set by the Grand Prix NY & Spins Bowl.
  • Work with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations
