CRM Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic CRM Marketing Manager with a passion for sport to join our growing marketing team; working with the top Formula 1® teams and drivers from our HQ in Towcester, UK.

Reporting to the Marketing & Ecommerce Director, this is a full-time, office-based position within the hub of British Motorsport delivering marketing across both Memento Exclusives (mementoexclusives.com) and the newly launched F1 Authentics (f1authentics.com), the official online F1 auction.

Overview of the role

Execute the marketing plan across our rapidly expanding B2C and B2B channels. Working alongside the Content and Sales Managers to deliver engaging content which aligns with our marketing objectives and brand strategy.

Specific priorities within the role

  • Deliver highly engaging CRM across all areas of the business encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling email communications to customers across our two brands Memento Exclusives and F1 Authentics.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Ensuring the brand databases are segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Execute the detailed monthly marketing plan across all channels. Observe brand guidelines for our own brand and those of our licensed partners. Marketing campaigns will include, email campaigns, social media, events and print campaigns.
  • Line manage the Online Merchandiser to ensure that all websites are optimised both in terms of the quality of the content and its SEO value.
  • Create design briefs for the in-house design studio team. Communicating requirements and ensuring that designs meet our marketing objectives.
  • Oversee our social media optimisation; working closely with our Content & Online Auction Manager to deliver best in class social media activations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Ecommerce Director to interpret analytics and develop insights from these to enhance our marketing plan and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering CRM data-driven campaigns using an ESP (Dot Digital or similar).
  • Over two years of email marketing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience in delivering paid marketing across PPC and Social would be advantageous.
  • We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for Formula 1® and creative ideas.
  • Experience in producing high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Line management experience of at least one year.
