Coordinator, Facility & Studio Operations

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Facility & Studio Operations based in Charlotte, NC.

The Coordinator, Facility & Studio Operations is responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks for successful operation of the facility and studios.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handles all aspects of facility shipping & receiving
  • Assist with facility preventive maintenance
  • Complete facility maintenance (ex: changing light bulbs, hanging whiteboards and pictures) and repairs (ex: simple drywall patching, painting touch up) or coordinate repairs with 3rd party vendors when necessary
  • Monitor and respond to building services email requests
  • Execute the setup and breakdown of conference rooms
  • Execute studio setup as needed for internal and external events
  • Assist with facility operations including scheduling and purchasing
  • Work with property management on service requests
  • Coordinate facility cleaning with vendors and perform light office / café cleaning as needed
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance of company vans per manufacturer recommendations

Required skills / experience:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two (2) years’ experience and/or training in engineering, building services or business operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously with limited supervision
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees, from entry level to executives, in a professional manner
  • Ability to occasionally be on-call during off hours
  • Ability to occasionally work weekends and overtime hours
  • Valid driver’s license required
