Job Description

NASCAR Digital Media seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Digital Services based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

This person is responsible for account management of current and new NASCAR Digital Media clients and partners. The role will provide client support, site configurations and oversee project tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned accounts, including but not limited to oversight and execution of reporting, maintenance requests, quality assurance, technical updates, and issue ticketing.
  • Lead rollout of client projects with initial site configurations and training of client teams
  • Assist clients with site configurations and support
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Ticketing, and Content on client deliverables and specifications
  • Participate on project teams ensuring business terms are adhered to during discovery, design, development and roll out
  • Manage the communication and training of personnel on new site functions and features
  • QA Digital Operations tickets to ensure successful technical implementation of assigned partners
  • Manage support ticket requests for partner sites and participate in solution testing
  • Execute ad-hoc project related activities as needed

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in digital, client or account management.
  • Effective communication with all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to project manage in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends.
