Working in the composite trim shop on the day or night shift you will be highly experienced in trimming; ability to read technical drawings; ability to work to tight tolerances and to high detail; to follow instructions and procedures; trim components by hand using hand and air tools; drill, tap and fit inserts for example keenserts, anchor buts, helicoils etc; prepare and bond components using adhesives and bonding jigs; to produce high quality structural components; have their own basic set of tools; working as a team under pressure; meeting tight time scales and deadlines; flexible attitude to working hours.
