Job Description
This position will oversee the creative strategy, design implementation, and visual branding for all commercial initiatives at Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB), Esports, and other Red Bull Technology ventures.
The role entails developing and managing impactful visual assets for sponsorships, partnerships, events, hospitality, and various commercial opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the visual identity of Visa Cash App Racing Bulls and Red Bull Technology Group, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Build high level commercial campaign proposals across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to design visually compelling campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive success.

Create high-quality designs for web, social media, print, presentations, event materials, merchandise, and packaging, reflecting the brand’s cutting-edge nature and appealing to a global audience.

Develop design concepts for sponsorship and partnership assets, ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s and partner brands’ guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to infuse fresh, innovative ideas into our brand strategies.

Maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and consistency across various platforms and channels.
Essential Competencies:
-
Multiple years’ experience in brand design, preferably within the sports, automotive, or technology sectors. – bringing with them a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field is preferable.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ability to work with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Excellent typography, layout, and colour theory skills.
