Honda Performance Development, Inc., a leader in motorsports racing is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Sr. CNC Machinist in Santa Clarita, Ca.
Minimum of 7-10 years machining experience using conventional and CNC machines; 5 years of experience programming 5 axis CNC, creating tooling, fixtures and manufacturing processes to manufacture components. 5 years’ experience running Mazak multilaxis using Mazatrol software. Experience in modifying engineering models for the appropriate CNC machines. Experience in designing CAD models. Experience in developing manufacturing process to machine complex parts. Complete understanding of reading blueprints and drawings. Expert in precision measuring and layout tools. Knowledgeable of metallurgy, heat treatment and machining tools. PC Proficiency. Experience with lathes Mills-Horizontal and Vertical. CNC Milling Machines; CNC Turning Center; Drill press; Band and. Horizontal saw and Deburring with hand tools. Experience with had CNC mulitaxis grinding background would be preferred.
