About Us

Based at Silverstone circuit, FF Corse was established in 2009 as a track-day and race team operation for Ferrari GT and Challenge car owners and drivers. FF Corse provides the management, servicing, preparation and storage of the largest client owned fleet of Ferrari Challenge cars in the world. The team now operates in a number of UK & International Race Championships, as well as providing support at an extensive calendar of track-day events.

Job Function

  • We are looking for an experienced Motorsport Professional for the role of Client Account Manager.

  • The role is client facing, actively engaged in lead generation, sales, bookings, client liaison, and marketing.

  • The role will overlap and include client event management and trackside hospitality at track- day and race events.

  • The role will require strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of motorsport and client account management.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role. The position requires the highest standards of work and presentation, along with a dedicated hands-on approach and a passion for motorsport.

  • UK and International travel along with weekend working is a pre-requisite, for which time in lieu will be provided.

    Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Managing Customer Activity

       a.    Ensuring the successful marketing, sales and account management of customer activity across all the motorsport programmes.

       b.    Working to identify and implement new areas of business development within the current business.

       c.    Liaising with customers to ensure their active participation in events and to manage their motorsport requirements.

       d.    Managing the sales, booking and invoicing process.

       e.    Managing customers’ needs for Race Equipment, Car Liveries, Licence application and other general requirements.

2.    Event Planning & Client Management of the Race Events

       a.   Responsible for Track, Test day and Race Calendar and bookings.

       b.   Fostering strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point for customer and account management.

       c.   Responsible for trackside hospitality and Clients hotel booking and overall event experience.

       d.   Ability to problem solve with customer issues and to liaise with the technical and operational teams to ensure any issues are managed.

        e.   Have an in-depth understanding of customers likes and dislikes, to be discovered through surveys, reviews, referrals etc. to ensure that the Company’s decisions            always consider the voice of the customer.

        f.    Trackside attendance at events to ensure their smooth & successful delivery.

        g.    Liaising with the technical team and clients to ensure the smooth delivery and success of the race series and Track Events.

3. Marketing

         a.   Managing the branding and brochure design for the FF Corse activities.

         b.   Ownership of the digital marketing, social media and website management.

    Base

  • Based in the UK Silverstone office.

  • Will require extensive travel in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

  • Will be required to work trackside both weekdays and weekends covering FF Corse motorsport events.
