About The Role
Want to be one of the hundreds of people that work together to make Formula 1 happen? We need a Cargo Coordinator to add their skills to the force behind the sport. Ensuring the movement of the F1, F2 and F3 freight.
Based at our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, reporting into the Cargo Operations Manager, you will:
- Coordinate the movement of all F1, F2 and F3 to and from events, including the completion of necessary paperwork, in line with health and safety and legal requirements
- Produce aircraft load manifests and related flight documents
- Liaise with the Manager on a regular basis to keep them informed of matters arising from day-to-day activities

About You
You have:
- Ability to work under pressure and in periods of downtime
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent Administration skills
- Driving license, with experience driving overseas
- Forklift License preferred
