Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, supporting our Wholesale Finance Division in Cypress, CA. Provide effective & responsive organizational & administrative support. You will be instrumental in assuring focused communication for both internal and external clients and anticipate the needs of the department in a very fast-paced environment.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc department reporting, which requires accessing a variety of data sources.
  • Provide full confidential administrative support to Wholesale Finance team, including Executive & Senior Management
  • Preparation of communications, presentations, training and project materials in support of management efforts.
  • Process Accounts Receivable Adjustment Requests, verify their posting to SAP, and ensure the accuracy of the SAP reporting.
  • Set-up flooring terms in SAP and manage Plan administration in Compass.
  • Provide back-up support of Wholesale Finance team to meet dealer administrative requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned .

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a team support / administration capacity within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Customer focus driven
  • Excellent organizational skills and highly detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi task under pressure
