Role

Business Development Manager Fleets Europe will be responsible for identifying and creating new Fleet Sales opportunities for Fisker across the European region. The main objective of this role is to assist in the implementation of the European fleet strategy while looking for Pan-European sales growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage previous experience in fleet sales and product management to find efficiencies and growth opportunities in areas of product, price and operations. The position will report into the Enterprise Sales Director Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for customers across Europe.

  • Create metrics for monthly objectives for the regional sales teams ensuring they are met.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and close sales.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Training personnel and helping sales team members develop their skills.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders

  • Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow up and reporting

  • Work closely with finance to offer a profitable offer to fleet customers and adapt it for every region

  • Work closely with Operations to make ensure correct implementations  on process improvement

  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent in experience.

  • 6+ years automotive experience.

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. 

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Knowledge of business finance solutions. 

  • Fluency in English and a second European language is a must.
