Williams Racing is pleased to announce that we are now recruiting for our 2023 Williams Business Graduate Scheme.
As a Business Associate at Williams Racing you will have the amazing opportunity to experience how an F1 team operates on a two year rotational scheme, with a view to a permanent role in an area that best suits you (subject to business need) at the end of the scheme.
During your time on the scheme you will rotate through the various business management functions, which include but are not limited to; factory operations, finance, planning & project management and HR. You will be relied on to work closely with our Engineering community to deliver performance and process improvement projects. As a graduate cohort you will receive regular training and mentoring to support and develop you for your future career at Williams.
We are looking for exceptional candidates who will graduate in summer 2023 or have graduated in the past year. You’ll have achieved (or be expecting to achieve) a great result in your degree subject and have a strong academic background. You do not need to have a technical degree to apply for this role; mindset is key in Formula One, so we’re looking for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude, a logical and analytical approach and an ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
