Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity to join the Aerodynamics group as an Aero Resource Development Manager to lead the recruitment and technical development of the engineers in the department.
Aero Resource Development Manager – The role
This new role will have responsibility for the technical development and onboarding of aero engineers – particularly junior aerodynamicists within the group. You will work in close partnership with HR Talent Management to ensure technical career pathways are defined. Working in conjunction with the Head of Aerodynamics and Deputy Head of Aerodynamics, take responsibility for goal setting, coaching and performance evaluation.
You will work with the HR team to forge strong relationships with academic institutions to ensure top talent is attracted and recruited to the team.
This exciting position is a critical role for our resourcing strategy and the continual development of our engineers. This position could work for an individual on either a full or part time basis.
Aero Resource Development Manager – The person
We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience as an aerodynamicist within the F1 environment with first class team working and people skills.
