Position Summary:
The Advertising & Events Administrator is responsible for managing the relationship between Dunlop Motorcycle Tires and all Motorcycle Advertising and Marketing vendors. Responsible for Budget Management and Project Management. Deadline review and approval process management for all projects including print and television advertising, as well as all sales support materials. Responsible for all Event Management Consumer, Dealer, Distributor including, staffing, lodging, logistics, scouting and budget compliance. Responsible for all staff apparel requirements including sourcing for event clothing or Motorsports apparel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five-Ten 5-10 years work experience in Advertising or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong ability to translate advertising knowledge and data relative to product sales. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Strong time management and understanding of deadline management is critical. Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typical of an office environment where the air is controlled and kept at mild temperatures. The work environment also consists of routine travel, up to 30% of time involving planes, cars, outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments and office environment.
