An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our small but dynamic Finance Team. You will be assisting the Accounts Payable and aiding to support our Accounts team, with your main responsibilities being -
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices in SAP with accurate coding
- Running weekly payment runs
- Investigate variances and anomalies
- Assist in managing debtors, working with sales, marketing and operation team for timely and accurate recording, billing and collections including payment allocation in SAP
- Month end reconciliations and reporting
- Provide accurate and timely standard reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Work closely with HQ, logistics and operation teams in order to ensure accurate processing
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal staff and suppliers
About you

We need a proactive and motivated person who takes ownership, enjoys working as part of a team while also valuing autonomy. For this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Graduates welcome
- Have a sound understanding of accounting Debits and Credits
- Strong multi-tasking and organisation skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Take initiative and be able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Can do attitude and problem-solving skills
- SAP experience preferred or equivalent ERP system preferred but not essential
