Account Executive

The New Hampshire Motor Speedway Ticket Department is looking for someone eager to make their mark in the sports industry. The Account Executives responsibilities include selling, prospecting and servicing new accounts, creating new ideas to increase ticket sales and performing basic office functions as needed. This is a unique opportunity will also allow the candidate to offer support staff remotely for our other Speedway Motorsports locations.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible to sell tickets including season tickets, group tickets and various ticket packages
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Generate business with previous customers and prospect for new business
  • Make 120 touchpoints a day including outbound phone calls, emails and text messages
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Work events to support ticket sales and lead generation
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong passion to work in the sports industry
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a motivated self-starter
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
  • Experience in Archtics a plus
  • Experience with Fan360 a plus
